Refund Policy – Ainash Parfums

At Ainash Parfums, we are committed to offering premium-quality fragrances and outstanding customer service. To ensure transparency and your satisfaction, please review our full refund and return policy below:

Delivery

  • Orders are processed the same day on average, excluding weekends.

  • We ship from Florida via UPS or USPS, and a tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment.

  • Delivery timeframes:

    • Florida: 1–2 business days

    • Out-of-state: 2–8 business days

⚠️ Note: We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please take the following steps:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged product, outer packaging, and shipping box.

  2. Email us the images within 48 hours of delivery.

Without photo documentation, we cannot process a replacement or refund. All items are shipped with protective packaging, but we’re here to assist you promptly in the rare event of damage.

Returns

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be securely packaged in a shipping box to prevent damage in transit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, including on orders that originally qualified for free shipping. In such cases, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply if the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Exclusions

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
Products from limited or special launches—such as Mouilée—are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed delivered. These exclusive releases are final sale due to their limited nature.

Lost or Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, unclaimed, or rejected shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.

Order Cancellations

We do accept cancellations. A $3.99 cancellation fee will be applied per order.

Refund Timing

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned product.
